Red Sea Blend is a curated mix of Ethiopian and Yemen dry-processed coffees, two countries which sit opposite each other on the Red Sea. This coffee, for those who still push into second-crack, develops a marked roasted fruit profile and maintains the inherent characteristics of the component coffees, owing to the very high altitudes they are grown at. For those who prefer lighter roasts, this coffee will show excellent bright, ripe red fruits and berries
