This coffee is grown at an altitude 1,300-1,600 meters (4,265-5,249 ft). This bean is grown in a rich, friable soil containing a relatively equal mixture of sand and silt and clay, volcanic loam! This coffee has fresh notes of apricot with a savory caramel cream to finish.
