Fair Trade
Coffee Cooperative - Fair Trade Producer Profile
Cepicafe, Peru
"The greatest contribution of Fair Trade is that it
has transformed coffee
agriculture into a profitable occupation that farmers are willing to do with
dignity. Producers are now very proud of the fact that they export their Fair
Trade and organic coffees to the most sophisticated markets."
—Santiago Paz,
Manager, CEPICAFE
